LOXDOX, 3faj 27. Sidney Smith, a charabanc driver, had been charged at Yarmouth with driving without a license. But, n«tween the issue of the summons and the case being heard ho dived into the River Buro and saved a girl’s life. Because of his gallant action, tho police to-day applied for permission to withdraw Hie summons, and the magistrates consented.
