DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. Bank of New Zealands again commanded attention this morning, on a rising market, there being sales at 62s 6d, National Banks also firmed, with buyers at £8 19s. South British wero strong, with buyers at 61s and.no sellers. P. and 0. Deferred Stock firmed up, buyers offering £248. Westport Coals had buyers at 37s and sellers at 37s Gd. Brown, Ewing’s (ord.), had buvers at 2.95, and the prefs. at 20s 3d. M'Leod Bros, continued strong, buyers offering £24. New Zealand Paper Mills were weak, with buyers at 18s 6d and sellers at 20s Gd. In the mining section Kawaraus bad sales from 7s Id to 7s 3d, the market closing with ft further buyer at 7s 3d and a seller at 7s 4d ’Mount Lyclls were wanted at 26s 3d. Both issues of St. Bathans wero weak, with sellers at Is discount. There was a sale reported of New Zealand Government 1929 5 per cent. Inscribed Stock at £9B ss.
