A NEW CRISIS RUMORS OF CABINET FALL. Prata Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, June 9. M. Briand is returning from Geneva to attend a meeting of tie Cabinet, at which M. Peret (Minister of Finance) will urge that only a Cabinet of national union is equal _to the financial emergency, failing which ho intends to resign.
