RUGBY ZTNG ARI-RICHMOND CLUB. Tho minimi meeting of the ZingariRichmnml Rugby Football Club was held last night, Mr W. Brown (president) occupied tho chair. The Chairman, in moving the adoption of the annual report and balancesheet, said the club had had a very successful season. A fine spirit of friendliness existed between the members. The Third Grade banner had been won by tho club, and other teams had done well. The good performance of the junior teams gave great promise for the future .success of the club. The annual meeting of the Southern Association Football Club was held in the Bungalow Tea. .Rooms (Musselburgh) last evening. Mr A. E. Uslierwood (president) presiding over an attendance of some twenty-one members. The annual report and balance-sheet were adopted. The club’s assets exceed the liabilities by 1112,. The Chairman spoke strongly on the necessity of club members paying their dues. The election of office-bearers took place, and resulted in the following appointments:—Patron, Mr T. K. Sidcy, M.P.
