WOMAN COLLAPSES IN WORKSHOP
CHARGE AGAINST MARRIED MAN

CHRISTCHURCH, March 15
On a charge of unlawfully killing a young woman, Jessie Wilson, a married man named Ernest Abraham Hall Archer, a blacksmith, aged 53, was arrested by the police yesterday. The woman, who was 24 years of age, d : cd iu Archer’s workshop in Bath street rn Friday evening. She became ill suddenly while there, and Archer applied restoratives, which failed. In court this morning Archer was remanded for a week.
