Tlie Alosgiel aud Taieri schools took part in a big sports meeting at Mosgioi on Saturday. There was a large attendance, with the Taieri Pipe and Alosgiel Municipal Bands present. The programme was excellently directed by the officials of the Taieri Athletic Club and the teachers. The mayor (Air J. P.
