THE BISHOP’S OFFER. LONDON, March 1. Tho Bishop of London, the Right Rev. A. F. Winnington-lngram, who receives £IO,OOO a year, will leave in July on a tour of tho world. Ho offers the' use of Fulham Palace for six mouths to any churchman or churchwoman who will pay tho rates and taxes and tho wages of ten excellent servants whom the bishop is anxious to keep together.
