HONE fOR ITALY-SAYS MUSSOLINI Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, March 12. ‘(Received March IS, at 11.10 a.m.) Seriate approved, by 108 votes to 26, the Fascist Trades Union Bill providing tor compulsory arbitration in labor disputes. Mussolini described tho measure as almost revolutionary yet produced by his Government. He emphasised the disciplinary character of the measure, pointing out that Fascist syndicalism now comprised 2,000,000 agricultural and industrial workers, a. formidable and obedient force completely controlled bv Fascism and the Government, and fully appreciating the value and function of Capitalism, and the necessity for co-operation therewith. The Fascist conception was that all must ho within, none, outside, of the State; above all, nobody must bo against the State. The struggle for lit'o was such nowadays that no nation could indulge in the luxury ol strikes. —A. and K.Z. Cable.
