Among the many distinguished visitors to onr Exhibition wo are to bo favored with a visit from Mr E. E. AVilks, of Sydney. When it became known that Mr Wilks was coming to Dunedin, those who knew of ids great, musical ability as a demonstrator and accompanist on the Guibransen registering piano could not allow him" to return homo without first ranking an effort to scenro from him at least one recital in each of the principal cities of the dominion. Upon being approached Mr WnKs consented to the request. Ho will be ably supported V, Dunedin’s loading talent, whoso accompaniments will be played by roll on the Gnibransen registering piano. The recital is to take place at Burns Hall on Thursday, the 18th inst. Tickets my bo obtained free of charge on application to M.'Crackcn and Walls. 3o George street, or at the stand, -British Court, Exhibition.
