At a recent meeting of the committee of the Bible Society orders were placed for printing 210.500 English Bibles, 20.000 New Testaments, and 25.000 Portions. The following editions were also ordered 2.000 St. Mark in Maltese, 25,000 Spanish Bibles. 75,000 finenish (Tosnols and Proverbs, and 75.000 French Bibles. Orders were also placed for the following new publications:—l,ooo Ptnisa St. John in Aliemi character. 10,000 Kongo (Buendel New Testament and Psalms, 0,000 Teo (Brass') New Testaments, and 1,000 Orokolo Four Gospels and Acts.
