NEW YORK, March 10. (■Received March 12, at 1 a.in.) A telegram from Fairbanks (Alaska) states that Captain Wilkins announced on Wednesday that ho would hop oil from Fairbanks on March -1. Ho predicted to be m New York next month after a (light over the Arctico wastes from Point Barrow (Ahfka) to Spitsbergen.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
