Robert Inkster, aged twenty years, lay in agony with a, fractured leg until ho was picked up by a passing motorist nearly half an hour afterwards. Although his cries were heard by residents over a block away, the trap, which is said to have contained several men, continued on its way. The police are seeking the identity of the driver.
