ASSOCIATION'S MEETING A meeting of delegates to the Otago Yacht and Motor Boat Association was held last evening. Present—MrW. B. Waters (president), Messrs C. G. Smith. E. A. Davys, D. Paterson, E.. M'Culloch in the place of Mr George Kellett as one of lona’s crew to defend the Sanders Memorial Cup was confirmed The Secretary of the North-east Harbor Boating Club wrote offering the use of his club’s shed during the Sanders Cup competition.—The offer was accepted with thanks.

The Otago Motor Club’s Secretary advised that members of the club who were able to arrange drives and outings for yachtsmen visitors during the Sanders Cup contest period had been asked to do so, and that members of the Otago Yacht and Motor Boat Association and visitors who desired to use the club rooms woukl be welcome to do so.—Letter of thanks to be forwarded, and ton cars to ho asked for.

The convener of the 'Housing Committee was instructed to arrange for hotel accommodation for the Wellington delegates to the Dominion Yachting Conference. The meeting agreed that the Sanders Cup, the Cornwell Cun, and the medals and badges donated for the Cornwell Cup contest, be exhibited in ft .Begg and Co.’s window from today. The Convenor of the Entertainment Committee reported that arrangements for the motor on ting to Waitati on Sunday, the smoko concert and presentation of prizes to follow the Sanders Cup races, and the trip to the Heads on February 28 woro well in hand.
