LONDON, February 15. (Received February 16, at 9.5 a.m.) The Sofia correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ states that a painful impression exists owing to Greece’s delay paying off'the indemnity ordered by the League of Nations in connection with tho October frontier incident. The Government so far has not received notification of Greece’s intention to pay. It is recognised that Greece is entitled to withhold payment till the last possible moment. . Tho Government intends immediately to protest to League, failing payment by the evening of February 15. ‘ Tho Times.’
