THE CABARET
Reviewing the progress of the Exhibition after thirteen weeks, the great strides made by the Amusements Park Cabaret cannot be ignored. From the day when Logan Park opened it bus been steadily improved, and has grown in popularity until to-day there is a steady following of many hundreds. The fact that the hours were extended accounted for a great increase in the number of patrons, particularly in the late hours of each Exhibition, evening, while the City Corporation has seen to it that there are an ample number of conveyances waiting outside the main gates whenever the cabaret closed. After the perfect weather of the day, the crowds of Exhibition goers were large last evening, and the cabaret enjoyed a busy session. “People are beginning to come down in parties, specially to go to the cabaret,” said an onlooker. “ One can see that the entertainment means more to them than the spending of an idle hour.” The playing of the band under Manuel Hyman could not be improved upon, and many new and . entrancing dance numbers have come to hand, and these will be presented as the evenings go by. A deled to this are a few comedy sidelights introduced by the violinist in. the form of ram!, ;vV; jacter studier *
