IS THERE A REMEDY? LONDON, January 28. The smartest men will continue to wear baggy trousers, because the , experts have not yet discovered a cloth that will ?iot stretch or sag. The Bradford Technical College, which is experimenting in this direction, has produced a cloth that will not "“bag,” but it is not suitable for the making of a coat or waistcoat. Mr A. R. Tindall, a Bradford expert, declares that knitted cloth will never be more than at present. It is impossible to eliminate the bagging propensities of materials knitted with one yarn.
