BORTHWICK AND SONS’ OFFER ONE-THIRD NOMINAL ASSETS [Pun United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, December 19. The total assets, according to the latest balance-sheet, were set down at £080,583, including land, premises, and plant at Ngahauranga, Horikiwi, AJicetown, Waingaroa, Kakariki, Marton, and other freehold properties, £301,845; surdrv debtors, £42,480; consignments, £204,600; stocks, £74,628; appropriation account, £56,958.
