CABINET’S ULTIMATUM A CYNICAL SUGGESTION. Frew Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, December IS. The Ulster Cabinet lias delivered an ultimatum to the striking constabulary that unless they return to duty on Saturday morning they will be disbanded and all pay forfeited. The ‘Morning Post’ suggests that Uie Ulster Government should get in touch with the dominions and find a prospect of organising a colony of special constables, stating that there, are wide, empty spaces in Australia, New Zealand, and elsewhere where a hard, toilsome, hut healthy life ran he led.
