DUEL THAT WAS STOPPED BY THE DOCTORS. ROME, October 1. A duel was fnnclit near Genoa between Colonel Rossetti and Captain Oncirolo as the result of a political quarrel. The duel lasted two hours, and was divided into sixty rounds. Colonel Rossetti had been wounded eighteen times and Captain Queirolo twenty times before the doctors stopped the duel. The combatants were then so weak from loss of blood that they were unable to continue, though neither would admit that ho was beaten,
