AH INTERNATIONAL CRIME DEATH BLOW NECESSARY Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. WASHINGTON, October 4. (Received October 5, at 9.30 a.m.) The Bulgarian delegation to the Interparliamentary Union urged all nations to combine and deal a death blow at Bolshevism. The chairman of the delegation delivered an impassioned attack, branding Bolshevism as an international crime. The Swiss delegation took up the cry, a delegate declaring that Switzerland was greatly worried over Bolshevism’s encroachments, adding that Bolshevism was opposed to patriotism, religion, and liberty.—Sydney ‘ Sun ’ Cable.
