(Received October 5, at 9.30 a.m.) 'The Socialists were responsible for a sensational debate in the Prussian Landtag, They charged the ex-Crown Prince with detaining an engine driver’s daughter at a mansion at Dels. The Government repudiated the charge, declaring that the people of Oels wore suffering from delusions and listening to baseless rumors. The Socialists alleged that the father had been arrested and sent to a mental hospital when he was about to intervene and rescue bis daughter from an impossible love affair.
