CHRISTIAN SCIENCE LECTURE
A question which occupies the thought of a great many people is: “ Are the teachings of the Bible of practical application in everyday living, and should not tho practice of the givo greater immunity from disease and evil?” Christian Science teaches that the Bible is a scientific text book, and that tho truth contained therein is just ns applicable to-day as It was 1,900 years ago. Am invitation to the people of Dunedin to attend a lecture on Christian Science and hear what it has to aay is given. The lecturer is Air Algernon Ilervey-Bathurst, C. 5.8., ol London, who is a member of the Board of Lectureship of the Mother Church, the First Church of Christ. Scientist, in Boston (Mass.), and fully authorised to lecture on this subject. 'lho lecture is in the Art Gallery Hall tomorrow evening, at 8 o’clock.
