PRINCESS THEATRE
BIG, BRIGHT BILL Four new acts will bo presented at the P.rincess Theatre this evening, and they are turns that are sure to attract bumper audiences during the week. The Harris Family are an extremely talented and wonderfully versatile band of musicians, and they present an offering which is described as a “ whirlwind of harmony.” There are four performers—father, son, and two sisters —and each of them can play at least half a dozen instruments apiece, and not in any amateurish fashion either. They open the proceedings with a violent fanfaronade of cornets and trombones, and then in welcome contrast comes some delightful selections on the harp and other less riotous instruments. The Three Mollords exploit modern jazz and torpsichore to its utmost limits, and these two clover artists, who are a London importation, will also certainly find a very appreciative audience. _ Patrons will have pleasant recollections of that versatile comedian George Edwards, who was this way a few months ago in a series of diverting sketches. He is again at the Princess with Molly Hughes, a charming and accomplished and they will be seen in a numfier of frolicsome titbits, all with a rare Edwardian flavor. Miss Bessie Slaughter, who is described as “ Variety’s Clara Butt,” will be heard in a number of popular melodies. The Moon and Morris "Revue Company will stage another entertaining show entitled # ‘ Seaside Frivols,’ in which there will be an abundance of dressy ensembles, charming melodies, and boisterous humorous situations.
