FILM STAR’S PREDICAMENT. LOS ANGELES, August 1. In her youthful days Constance Talmadge eloped with a .Greek, John Pailoglu. She divorced him in 1923, but still she cannot vote because she is of Greek nationality. She has now filed papers, applying for naturalisation.
