Mary Cash v. thq,Mount Cook Motor Company, Ltd., ami William John Evton (manager of the company), a claim for £524 Us damages for injuries sustained in a collision with one of the defendant company’s motors. Herbert Palmer Bryant and Nellie Bryant v. John Keith Lyndsay Wehling and John Pcrcival Cuttrhs, a claim for £4.93 2s damages for injuries sustained in motor accident. (Before tho judge alone.) John Kean v. Norman Grevillo Brewer, a claim for specific performance of agreement. George Mondy, William Ernes! Guthrie, and W’alter Horace Brent v. Margaret White Guthrie, Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company, Ltd., and Brian Bnrford Brent, a claim for administration of the estate of the late Walter Guthrie, for interpretation of the will, agreements, and hn award, and for the accounts of the trustees to bo passed and allowed from time to time. CRIMINAL CHARGE. In addition to tho cases published yesterday William Martin Heckler and Edward Carnegie will bo charged under the new motor regulations of negligently driving a motor car so as to cause the death of a person.
