POPULAR PRINCE

HIS SOUTH AFRICAN VISIT RETURN TO CAPE TOWN Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. CAPE TOWN, July 27. (Received July 28, at 12.25 p.m.) On his return to Capo Town the Prince of Wales completed 13,000 miles of travel in South Africa. The visit in every sense was a success, the most outstanding features being the strengthening and the cementing of the tics between the British and Dutch. The Prince captured the hearts of the Transvaalers and Free Staters, many times waiving ceremonial and going among the fanners to talk agriculture. The Prince, who is in the best of health, and lias never, had a day’s illness, departs the most popular man in the South African Union. —Reuter.
