Commenting on the Labor Conference at Westminster Hall on July 27, Dr Hatlen Guest (Labor member for Southwark) said its object was to link up the Labor parties of Empire with Labor throughout tho world. The main difficulty in world economic organisation was the conflicting standards of white and colored labor.
