FRENCH GRAND PRIX ITALIAN DRIVER KILLED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, July 26. (Received July 27, at 10.55 a.m.) The Italian motorist Ascari died from injuries following the overturning of his car in the twentieth lap in the Automobile Grand Prix, which consisted of eighty circuits of the autodrome, a distance of about 621 miles. Major Scagrave, the only British competitor, abandoned the race at the thirty-fourth circuit.—Reuter.
