ANTI-TRAFFICKING BILL LABOR PROPOSAL. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, July 24. In the House of Commons the Prevention of Abuses Bill was read a second time. The Bill is designed to prevent trafficking in honors, and has already passed the House of Lords. In the course of the debate Labor members urged that honors and titles should be abolished altogether. Mr Wedgwood Bonn (Liberal) favored the abolition of hereditary honors.
