M'Kenzio, assistant engineer-in-chief, in visiting America, Britain, and Europe in connection with irrigation and railway matters, and a snnil:u* amount for tiie expenses of Mr J. R. Marks, district engineer,_ for visiting America in connection with irrigation matters.
