CRIMINAL SESSIONS NEXT WEEK The quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court will commence in Dunedin on Tuesday morning, August 4, before His Honor Mr Justice Sim. The criminal calendar is as follows: — FOR TRIAL. David Novin M'Kechie and Ruby Hinton M'Kcchie, alleged rape. Nathaniel 'Walsh, alleged carnal knowledge. James Alexander Fraser and Robert Murray Ncwlands, alleged demanding money with menaces, two charges. Walter Henry Clements, alleged breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, four Charges. FOR SENTENCE. Charles M'Donald alias Tomlin, nine charges of false pretences. Colin Frederick McDonald, two charges of breaking, entering, and theft; David Louis Armour M.ichic, three charges of breaking, entering, and theft.
