Brattle (Lower Unit), £2 19s 2d, account slated. CLAIM FOP CLOCK. Stewart Lynn (Mr Fairmaid) proceeded against Vincent A. Ryder for the sum of £2 9s Gd. The plaintiff stated that ho was the owner of racing pigeons, and three years ago last April lie ordered an “ A.H.P. Timer” dock from defendant, for which lie had forwarded £2 10s, and produced the receipts for the amount, lie had not received the clock nor had inis money been refunded. The balance of the claim was made up of 9s Gel interest and 10s damages.
