CIVIL SERVANTS AND ARBITRATION. SYDNEY, July 23. (Received July 23, at ]0.5 a.m.) Tlio Attorney-General (Mr MTiornan) told a deputation of Public servant.s that ho hoped to provide access for Public servants to the Arbitration Court during the coining Parliament. Ho said the Government was also favorable to preference to unionists and other requests made. SPA 11 UNGER TREATMENT. SYDNEY. July 23. (Received July 23, at ]o.o a.m.) Replying lo a, deputation asking lor tho introuetion of the Spahlinger treatment into New South Wales, or, failing this, a. practical investigation of the results of the treatment, the Minister of Health (Mr Cairn) said that ho was much in sympathy with the request. Ho would suggest to tho Cabinet that four consumptives and a bacteriologist ho sent to Geneva.
