The demands of the solo work in this popular opera to be produced at liis Majesty's Theatre on Tuesday next will he well served by an excellent cast of principals, all well equipped vocally to lend charm to the gems of 1 Maritana.’ Tho choruses are all inspiring, ami m'ist appeal, ami as in choral singing there is the widest scope for the exercise of the highest musical' quali- , ties. The Lyric Club Students’ Choir will be able to give to each number the desired effect of tonal beauty and refinement of execution. Thc-orchestra will add additional color to the work, Mr C. A. Martin assisting at the piano, i 'The production will he under the direcI tion of Mr John Leech. The day sales | are at Beggs, and the box plan opens at Tho Bristol on Friday.
