AFTER THIRTY YEARS
LOST LETTER DELIVERED,
EDMONTON, July 6. Thirty years ago last April the Hudson Bay Company’s factor at Fort St. John, in Canada’s far north, wrote a commendatory letter to Peter Gunn, ids trader, in Edmonton, notifying On mi of an increase in salary. Cunn, who is now Mayor of iidmonton, received the letter to-day through the Post Office.. Evidently it was thrown away by the Indian runner to whom the factor entrusted it, and it was recently found under a log oy a forest ranger.
