EUCHRE TOURNAMENTS.—A TEST CASE.
The m ;i;/ I. 'll;.ic this morning reserved his decision in charges against Jarms Blackburn and Hcgmald Stillwell of using the Caledonian Hall as a common gaming-house. These eases were brought to decide the legality’of euchre tournaments. It was not suggested by the police that euchro is illegal, but that it is illegal as played at these tourna-Crestv-Phnstchurch 3?.A. telegram
