(Received February 14, at 8.50 a.m.) Baron Coppee lias been ordered to pay 20,000,000 franca as damages for war-time trading with the enemy. Baron Coppee, last year, was acquitted on a charge of supplying the Germans with the bye-pro-ducts of his coal mines, including benzol. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
