SPAIN'S DIFFICULTIES. LONDON, November 21. Spanish troops which were retiring from Sheshuan to Tctuan were vigorously attacked liy Moors when negotiating a defile. Sharp fighting ensued. The Spanish Josses aro reported to bo serious, says the Madrid correspondent of ‘ The Times.’ Sheshuan, which is regarded by the Moors as a holy city, was cut off from the main Spanish forces in Morocco about the end of August. The Marquis Do Estclla, hotter known as General Do Rivera, President of the Spanish Directory, went to Tehran on September 6. On November 17 it was reported that )>e had successfully evacuated 10,000 creeps from Sheshuan. «
