TASMANIAN POTATO GROWERS
A B.VD SEASON. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. HOBART, December 6. (Received December 5, at 9.30 a.m.) Potato growers are experiencing a disastrous season. Besides light crops, disease is prevalent, and prices are abnormally low. They are nominally quoted at Bnrnie at £1 per ton, which is the lowest price for thirty years.
