“DIXIE" JUBILEE SINGERS
The “ Dixie ” Jubilee Singer's continued their run of success at Bums Hall last evening, when another large and appreciative audience greeted them. Coon melodies and soothing choruses always fascinate and attract. The male quartet singing was particularly fine, and won considerable applause. The old crooning melodies of the cotton plantations were ear-caressing, and these also met with spontaneous success. Mr Louis Morris, a chalk artist, lent variety to the programme wit-n a pleasing turn.
