YOUNG MAN ARRESTED.
Residents of South Dunedin of late have been complaining to the police in connection with the practices of a man or men in the neighborhood, several women reportin'; acts of indecent exposure. To-day Detectives Lean and Sneddon arrested a young man on a chargs of this nature, and he will appear before the magistrate to-morrow morning.
