BRISBANE, September 3. (Received September 3, at 11.30 a.m.) The police have arrested two suspects in connection with the shooting of Detective M’Lean.
[Two burglars were surprised by Sergeant Hegarty and Detective M'Lean while breaking the safe at tho Cooparoo railway station. When called on to surrender, ono of tho burglars fired a revolver, dangerously wounding Detective M ! Lean in tho abdomen. Both burglars escaped.]
