Judgment by default, with costs, was given in each of the following cases;—■ William Quirk v. A. W. Stanley (Wellington), £l4 13s lOd, board and lodging; New Zealand Hardware Co,, Ltd., v. W. Shaw, £5 13s, goods supplied ;.L. J. Pot. ter v. Thomas Tree (Tahakopa), £1 2s, balance due for dental services; Herbert H. Croft v. H. B. Scott, £4 14s £d, on account stated. TENEMENT CASE.
Mary Docherty was ordered to give possession of tenement situated at 56 Albany street to William Edward Toase on or before September 16. Mr Bay lee appeared for plaintiff.
