SIDNEY, Jump A A mans mooting of the Seamen's Union decided to obey the order of Mr Justice Powers. [Mr JLulled Powers ordered the men to return to work. and directed the employers, within a week of the rct>u rap lion of woid:, to discus:; with the Union Executive tlw matter in dispute, if the parties wen; unable to arrive at a settlement a board would be appointed to hear the dispute., both parties agreeing to abide by its decision. in the event of the employee not acting in accordance with tiio court’s decision, the union would bo entitled to apply for an award covering the disputed matters; and if the union failed to net as directed the employe;;-; could move for its deregistration. The parties were further directed to agree to the appointment of a reference board for the seUletnont of future dispute::.]
