SOVIET’S DECREE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. RIGA, January 25. The Soviet Government is expelling 290,000 people from Moscow owing to tho housing shortage. Trotsky’s adherents and the merchants who recently returned to Moscow under M. Jenin’s new economic policy are especi&lly subject to expulsion, the Communists taking over the houses. Some merchants have bribed the Communists to the extent of £IOOO for the use of a single room.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
