While Ernest Dunham, aged twentyeight, was walking in York street during the busy part of the afternoon with a woman, lie was accosted by a man who ! was known to the latter. High words en- j sued, resulting in an exchange of blows. ! A revolver was then fired, a bullet entering Dunham's back and killing him instantly. Two policemen who were near by captured a man with a revolver in his hand. Jealousy is stated to be the motive for the crime. 1 A later message states that Robert Cameron is the name of the man who has been arrested. j
