Th-o Hon. 0. J. Parr, Minister of Education. will pass through Dunedin- by the express from the north to-morrow evening, and- will stay at Baidut-ha to-morrow night. The Minister has accepted an invitation to attend a. concert in the Balolutha,- Oddfellows’ Hall in the evening in aid of the Women's Rest House, and will deliver a short address. On Friday morning, in company with the chairman, of the Otago Education Board (Air J. Wallace) and the local members of the board (Hon. D. T. Fleming and Mr 0. W. Mood-), he will inspect tho site of the proposed high school at Rosebn.ii'k, and -also visit the District High School. He will leave for Invercargill the same morning, and- will return to Dunedin on Monday evening, spend all day Tuesday in Dunedin, and leave for the novih on Wednesday morning.
