The report regarding tho likelihood of Turkey becoming a republic evidently refers to the discussions which are proceeding in the Angora Assembly regarding tho style of the now State. Tho Government Party recently decided to recommend a republican form of Government. Mustapba Kemal is a strong favorite for the presidency. —Router.
