A motorist lost control of his car today on proceeding from tho Town Belt Into London street, with the result that It crashed into the fence ■of a hoxise and a cabbage tree at the comer of London and Albert streets. So far as could be ascertained, no one was seriously injured, hut the fence .and the car suffered damage. The tree was badly splintered. Tho motorist was lucky to dodge a telegraph JJosL
