TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I was very pleased to see “Selina’s” letter in last night ‘Star.’ I wish it could bo printed in every daily in New Zealand. It is quite time something was done.' I think British men or women over sixty years of ago and out here sixteen years ought to have a pension. What are they to do? Starve? I and others were without proper food and firing all last winter. I do hope better writers and talkers than myself will do something to help us.—l am, etc., Woman Wobkek. July 20.
